Return Policy for KoreanBeauty-KR
At KoreanBeauty-KR, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality Korean skincare and makeup products. We offer a simple return process under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for returns, unless there was an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare products (such as creams, serums, etc.)
- Opened makeup products (such as lipsticks, foundations, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
Bundle Sales
- Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set. If any item from the bundle is missing or has been opened or used, the entire bundle will not be eligible for a return.
- The total value of the return will be based on the bundle price. Individual items within a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If a package is undelivered or returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, we are not obligated to offer a refund or reship the order.
What to do if there is an issue with the address:

If you realize that the shipping address was incorrect after placing the order, please contact us immediately at servixe@koreanbeautykr.com with the correct information. We will make every effort to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated once the package has been processed or shipped.

In the event that the carrier returns the package to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Any additional shipping fees for reshipping the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or Reshipping:

Refunds or reshipping are not provided for orders that are undelivered or returned due to address errors on the customer's part.

If you believe there was an issue with the carrier’s handling, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Return Process
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at service@koreanbeautykr.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Processing Your Return: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, or we can issue store credit if preferred.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@koreanbeautykr.com.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@koreanbeautykr.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement, including covering return shipping costs.
